Here's the full structure so you know exactly what you're walking into.
Kickoff call
60 minutes
You'll pick your one focus — a habit to build or one to drop — and we'll design it together on the call.
Week-1 check-in
30 minutes
We'll look at how week one went, celebrate what worked, and fix anything that got in the way.
Week-2 wrap
30 minutes
We'll look at what you pulled off and talk about what's next if you want to keep the momentum going.

Before your first call
Have these three things ready
Nothing complicated — just grab these before we connect.

A penYou'll be writing something down during the call. This is intentional — and it's the most important thing you can bring.

2–3 sticky notes or index cardsWhatever's nearby is fine. You'll write your habit on one and place it where you'll actually see it every day — that's the whole system.

A quiet spot for 60 minutesSomewhere you can talk without interruption. That's all the space you need.
Between sessions
One word. Once a day. That's it.
After your first call, you'll send Dan a one-word text each day to check in — no homework, no worksheets, nothing to fill out. The entire between-session system fits in a single text message.
